Refund & Cancellation Policy

• All website project packages — Spark ($2,900) and Signature ($7,900) — are paid in full.
• Premium Custom Tier packages are paid in full. Available payment option for Tier 1 to Tier 5 is split 70% to start based on price quote, 30% before launch. The AI Collection™ (Tier 6) is paid in full.
• Optional Website Care & Growth subscriptions are billed monthly or annually (save ~17% on annual).

Premium Custom Tier packages are paid in full, with an optional 70/30 payment plan on Tier 1 to Tier 5. Here is exactly what is refundable at each stage.

• Days 1-8 from the date of your deposit: written cancellation is accepted, and amounts paid are refunded less any work already delivered and any third-party costs already incurred.
• After day 8: the 70% start payment is non-refundable, and the project continues to the agreed scope.
• Before launch: the remaining 30% is due at the pre-launch milestone and becomes non-refundable once that milestone is delivered.
• If we cannot deliver the agreed scope, the unearned balance is refunded in full regardless of the 8-day window.
• Third-party costs (domains, licensed fonts, stock imagery, hosting) are never refundable.
• Approved refunds are acknowledged within two business days and issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

• You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time within 8 days' written notice.
• After 8 days, the upgrade or downgrade remains in effect and deposits are non-refundable.
• There are no long-term contracts at any tier.

• Cancellations made inside the 8-day notice window are refunded for amounts paid, less any work already delivered.
• After the 8-day window closes, deposits and payments for completed milestones are non-refundable.
• Third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (domains, licensed fonts, stock imagery, hosting) are never refundable.

• Care & Growth subscriptions can be cancelled within 8 days' written notice before the next billing date.
• Access continues through the end of the period you've already paid for.
• We do not issue partial-month or partial-year refunds.

• Projects with no client response for 30+ days may be paused and re-scheduled against our current availability.
• Deposits on paused projects remain non-refundable, and remain credited toward the work when it resumes.

• Email premium@sparkstudiodesigns.com with your project name, package, and the reason for the request.
• The date of your deposit starts the 8-day clock. Your written notice starts at that 8-day clock.
• We respond to every request within two business days.
